Famous Story of Hermes
We have loved Hermesfor a long time, but I have not konw the story of Hermes.Today when I was bowsering the news about Hermes,I read an essay about its history. Eh…it is interesting.Maybe we can create our own brand someday,for Hermes was created by a ordinary man like us all. Hermes is spring from France in 1920s.there are men’s clothing, women’s clothing, glasses, perfumes, jewelries, cosmetics, and handbags in its product line.
Those years, the Hermes’ family as Protestants moved to Crefeld Germany in order to escape from the religious persecution. Therry went to Paris to make a living when he was 27, until the year of 1837, he opened his first saddle and harness franchised store. The Kelly handbag named after famous princess of Monaco, SacaDepeches briefcase, Schedule diary book, Chained’Ancre bracelets, and riding equipment for women are all Hermes’ great legends. After World War II, trademark of Hermes had spread universally by orange gift box, ribbon and logo of carriage.
The carriage pattern is traditional symbol that show Hermes’ long history from business of harness. For the exaggerated LOGO popularity, Hermes created its “H” to follow the fashion. The “H” often appears on the productions of these two years. Besides the H-our-elegant-hour watch, the pattern also can be seen on Hermes shoes.
